How To Make A Creamy Casserole

Swiss Potato Kugel

Ingredients:

Method:

1. In a large skillet, sauté onion and butter until tender.

2. Remove from heat and add potatoes.

3. Toss cheese with flour, salt & pepper add to skillet and blend well.

4. In a small bowl, combine the eggs and cream, stir into potato mixture.

5. Spoon into a greased 9 X 9 baking dish.

6. Bake uncovered at 350 for 20 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown.

7. Cool for 5 minutes, then cut into squares.

Yields 9 servings.

This dish can be prepared the day before, covered and refrigerated overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes when using this method.
