Jessie, Cupcakes are the trend right now. It's amazing what I've seen on television over the last few months related to cupcakes. This recipe is right on time for when the kids go back to school and you have this batch made up for a delicious lunch surprise. Sounds like an easy recipe, yummy to boot. So thanks a lot of cupcakes!
I`m mostly into muffins, and sugarless ones. But, I do try to lighten them a bit, or make cupcakes with Splenda, and trying some with the applesauce idea. But, it is Goggled, and if it is read a lot, then I will try some other different cupcakes to post, and hopefully get popular. Wonder if I will ever make any money on this site??
