Quick Freezer Ahead Breakfast Menus – Dutch babies & Pop tart French toast

Thinking ahead and ambitious, and trying to save a few cents; have your choice of the ingredients ... this preparation for quick breakfasts is a great way to start your mornings.

Freezer French toast pop-ups:

Serving: uses 8 - 10 slices of bread.

Prepare the recipe – to cool later.

Ingredients:

1 cup Flour.

1 tbsp. Sugar.

2 tsp. Baking powder.

2 Eggs, beaten.

1 ½ cups Milk.

10 – 12 slices of bread.

Method:



Dutch babies:

Prep. Time: 5 minutes. Baking time 12 min. Microwave 1 1½ min.

Makes 6 -   Note: have scrambled eggs or fruit ready to fill the cups.

Ingredients:

2 tbsp. Butter or margarine.

2 eggs.

½ cup Flour.

½ cup Milk.
