Cheat`s Easy Quiches

Cheat`s Easy Quiche.

Makes 12 mini quiches.

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. (190 degrees C).
  2. Lightly grease 12 muffin tin cups.
  3. Trim or cut bread into circles. Place in bottom of the muffin cups.
  4. Distribute the onion and shredded cheese evenly between the muffin cups.
  5. In a medium bowl, combine milk, eggs, mustard and pepper.
  6. Divide between the muffin cups.
  7. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a quiche comes out clean.
Quick Generic (Bisquick) Quiche.

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Grease pan.
  3. Sprinkle fillings, onions, and cheese in pan.
  4. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth and pour into pan.
  5. Bake 35 to 40 minutes until knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
  6. Let stand 5 minutes and cut into serving portions.
 These are the 2 easiest Quiches ever.

Isn't Bisquick special? I mean, it's magical. These are wonderful recipes. Sent to the wife. I think I am going to try to make the Quiches.
